To minimize its impact, we use 3M protective plastics and delicate surface tapes to seal off work areas, ensuring dust remains contained. Our advanced dustless refinishing technology significantly reduces airborne particles, creating a cleaner workspace. While no refinishing project can be entirely dust-free, our state-of-the-art sanding process exceeds industry standards for precision and cleanliness. Once sanding is complete, we thoroughly vacuum and clear all surfaces before applying any finishes. Traditional wood stains emit strong fumes that require our team to use specialized protective masks during application. To ensure a safe environment, you, your family, and pets must vacate the property for at least 48 hours after staining. Larger projects may require up to 72 hours for proper ventilation before it is safe to return. These fumes can be hazardous, so planning ahead for temporary accommodations is essential for a smooth and safe refinishing process.
